Create the life you want

The beautiful thing about life is that it changes into anything you committ too

This is so cliche, but ultimately very true. Creating the life you want is as simple as finding what you love and committ to it!

We don’t get what we want we get what we’re 100 percent committed too!

To commit to something means to bind or tie ourselves to a goal or promise without quitting. Quitting means you’ve failed to achieve your ultimate goal or promise.

A promise is a vow of assurance or loyalty to yourself, or to someone. So, when you are assuring loyalty, you are vowing to hold that or do that consistently for a long period of time, if not forever.

Commitment and the act of being interested in something are two different things. When you’re simply interested in something you have a hazy idea of what it takes to achieve your desired end result. However, when you are committed to something, you have a clear idea; you start to understand the sacrifices you need to make; the resources you must obtain; and how you’re going to respond to the challenges that await.

It usually evokes a strong sense of intention and focus. It typically is accompanied by a statement of purpose or a plan of action.

Once you gain these resources and begin to use your plan of action long term. You start to attract into your life those things, circumstances and conditions that correspond with the nature of your actions.

The universe will begin to accept these committed actions and life begins to honor it as you; your life.  You have just created that which you are committed too!

There are several steps you can take to help the universe to react!

1. Be clear and concise on what you want (never waver if at all possible you can change course but stay committed to whatever course you take).

2. Focus on the positive only (cut off negative influences and recognize your power).

3. Write notes and place them around the house to remind you of your committment. “This will keep you focused!”

4. Adopt and attitude of gratitude. (Be grateful for all things)

5. Have fun!

The universe is awaiting you!

  1. Reblogged this on Write and Create (from Creative Writing Course) and commented:
    Hi Pamela
Thanks for the follows *, as the reason I write is to share.
    * (Though my family and close friends say it would be far more entertaining with a video-camera # in “real life”, rather than in cyberspace!)

    # By the way, do they still make them in today’s ever-faster changing world..or is it all done with mobile phones?

(get with the times now,”luddite”* c – it should be a smart phone)

    * or so I was often called by my “my techno-geek” friend, Bill (“the gonk”)

“total non-techno” c (who doesn’t possess a mobile phone, after a rather eventful’ experience some years back, whilst trying to walk, talk and chew gum at the same time)

    Who says men can’t multi-task!

Kind regards and keep rolling, Pamela

Best wishes from the First City to see the sun (in summer) …and we’re also the first to see the sunset and the stars (in winter-time)
